Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) - Weekday & Weekend Shifts

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) with SYNERGY HomeCare Of Palm Bay, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals in their homes. Responsibilities:
Provide personalized care to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility aide
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care coordination
Collaborate with healthcare team members to identify and address client needs, ensuring timely and effective interventions
Perform routine assessments and document client data accurately and thoroughly
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity

Requirements:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekdays and weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients as needed, with assistance as required
