Job Summary:
Provides direct care to residents for their daily living activities and ensures quality care is given.
Job Responsibilities:
Provides assistance with activities of daily living in accordance with the individualized plan of care (turning, repositioning, feeding, bathing)
Observes and records changes in condition of residents and reports to the licensed nurse
Completes required documentation in the electronic clinical record
Obtains and reports vital signs and weights on residents as assigned
Job Qualifications and Skills: Current nurse aide certification in good standing in the state in which the facility is located
Ability to communicate effectively
Basic computer skills
Demonstrates patience and empathy
