Position Details
Part-Time
Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
12-Hour Shifts
Every Other Weekend Rotation
Flexible Scheduling
CNA Responsibilities
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you will work alongside our nursing team to provide compassionate, hands-on care to our residents.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Assist RNs and LPNs with services necessary to meet residents’ individual care needs
Help ensure the personal needs, safety, dignity, and comfort of residents
Assist with repositioning, transfers, and mobility as needed
Observe residents and communicate changes or concerns to the nursing team
Build positive and respectful relationships with residents and families
Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection-control guidelines
Work collaboratively with nurses, CNAs, and other members of the care team
Qualifications
Current CNA Certification in the State of Tennessee
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
Strong communication and teamwork skills
