Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Part Time DaysLooking for a CNA position that fits your schedule while still making a real impact? At Cascades at Orchard Park, our part-time day shifts give you flexibility while still allowing you to provide meaningful care in a supportive environment.What We Offer:Competitive Pay: $15-$21/hrFlexible Schedule: Part-time, 1-2 shifts per week (6 AM - 6 PM)Scheduling Flexibility: Exact days are discussed during the interview-no weekend requirementCareer Growth: Nursing Tuition Reimbursement - earn up to $500/month toward your nursing programWhat You'll Do:Answer residents' call lights to determine needsTurn and reposition residents while in bedProvide physical support to assist residents with daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, toileting, standing, walking, or exercisingReview dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences to ensure proper diets are followedRecord food and fluid intake/output as necessaryReport changes in resident condition promptly to nursing staffBuild relationships with residents to ensure their stay is comfortable and dignifiedTraining & Support:On-the-job training is provided, tailored to your individual experience and comfort level.What We're Looking For:Current CNA certificationCompassionate communication with coworkers and residentsWillingness to learn and follow long-term care regulationsThis is the perfect role for students or CNAs seeking balance between life and career.
