Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)Saluda, VirginiaHiring Range$18.90 - $24.60/Hourly Actual pay is determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, education, credentials, skills, internal equity, and business needs.Enhanced Rates Available!Now offering up to $2,000 in Sign on Bonus incentives for Full Time or Part Time Evening Shift positions, or $2,000 for Part Time Night positions!Our part-time positions offer flexible scheduling with rotating weekends, a competitive base pay plus differentials of up to $5.50 per hour!Lifelong Health & Rehabilitation Saluda:Opportunities Currently Available: Part Time, Day or Evening shifts*Some weekend hours required for all positions*Overview Works under the supervision of Nursing Manager, Supervisor, RN, LPN and is ultimately responsible to the Director and the Assistant Director of Nursing, as applicable. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) performs tasks essential to the direct care of the resident according to facility policy and procedures.What You Will DoAllows resident choices within limits of capability considering safety /dignity issues and follows policies and procedures of facility to include resident privacy and dignity.Assists with ensuring hygiene, appearance, safety and nutritional needs of residents are met. Provides resident care and services to maintain or improve resident functional status to highest practical ability. Documents accurately in EMR resident's ADL care, personal hygiene, bowel and bladder habits, and behaviors.Follows universal precautions, proper infection control, sanitation and safety standards of practice in all work and activities.Requirements:Diploma from an accredited Nursing Assistant/Aid required ONLY for new CNA grads within 120 days of program completion.Certification: CPR/BLS (within 30 days of hire) required. FA (within 30 days of hire) required.CNA license in the state of VA or compact required or board eligible This primary source verification required only for new graduates without their license within 120 days of graduation.
