Per Diem Certified Nursing AssistantAlliance Health at Baldwinville is a 94-bed LTC/skilled nursing facility. We are currently seeking Per Diem Certified Nursing Assistants to provide high-quality resident care and support our nursing team as needed.ResponsibilitiesProvide assistance with activities of daily livingObserve and report changes in resident conditionSupport nursing staff with routine care tasksMaintain a safe, respectful, and professional environmentQualificationsCurrent Massachusetts CNA certificationStrong communication and teamwork skillsLong-term care experience preferredAvailability for varied shifts, including weekends and some holidaysWe OfferFlexible per diem schedulingSupportive work environmentOpportunity to make a meaningful impact in resident careSick timeFree EAP ProgramCompetitive Per Diem RatesGenerous shift and weekend differentials
