Certified Nursing AssistantsBushwick Center Adult Day Care is actively seeking licensed CNA Team Members to work per diem for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY.We just raised our rates so now is the perfect time to apply!!!New graduates welcome!!!Duties:Observing residentsReporting any health issues to the supervising nurseTaking care of a resident's personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving, etc.Setting up of meal trays, and documenting food/fluid intakeFeeding residents & serving nutritional supplementsTransporting residents within the facilityTurning bed ridden residents to prevent bedsoresMaintaining confidentiality of all resident & facility dataRequirements:Must be able to work as a team memberSuccessful completion of a CNA programValid NY state certificationMust be in good standing with state registryBrooklyn, NY
