nPosition: Certified Nursing Assistant
nLocation: Housed inside of Select Specialty Hospital - Madison
nSchedule: Per Diem / PRN Night Shift
nHours: 7:00 P.M. - 7:00 A.M.
nCompensation: $24.00 per hour - plus shift differentials
nSign-on bonus: $1,500

n nResponsibilities
nResponsibilities
nnnObtaining vital signs, height, weight and demographic data.
n
nnAssisting patients with personal and daily care, such as bathing (bed bath, chair at sink, tub and shower), oral hygiene, shaving and hair care.
n
nnDelivering meals and snacks, feeding patients who are unable to feed themselves and documenting oral intake, including supplements.
n
nnTurning and positioning immobile patients safely while maintaining proper body alignment; participating in mobility program.
n
nnAnswering patient call lights and performing services that add to the physical well-being of the patient.
n
nnTransportation of the patients to designated areas, such as to and from various treatment centers.
n
n nQualifications
nMinimum Qualifications
nnnCertified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.
n
nnMust have active CNA license in the state
n
n nPreferred Qualifications
nnnHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.
n
nnHospital experience
