nYour Responsibilities:
nProvide Direct Resident Care – Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
nMonitor & Report Changes – Observe residents' conditions and report any concerns to nurses.
nEnsure Comfort & Safety – Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
nEngage with Residents – Offer companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
nFollow Care Plans – Work alongside nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver excellent care.
nQualifications:
nActive CNA Certification (State-approved).
nCompassionate & Patient-Focused Mindset.
nStrong Communication & Teamwork Skills.
nAbility to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment.
nPrevious Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Experience (Preferred, but not required).
