n nJob Responsibilities
nYou will provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes, helping them safely maintain their independence. Daily tasks include:
nnnActivities of Daily Living (ADLs): Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral feeding.
n
nnMobility Support: Helping with ambulation and transfers.
n
nnHealth Monitoring: Checking vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration) and guiding range of motion exercises.
n
nnHome Management: Light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and bed-making etc.
n
nnMedication Assistance: Assisting clients to take their daily medication
n
nnProvide structured support tailored to patient.
n
nnAssist with behavioral management strategies when necessary.
n
n nQualifications
nnnExperience: Minimum of one (1) year of professional work experience in a healthcare settings.
n
nnEducation: Certificate showing completion of at least 75 hours of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training.
n
nnLicensing: Current, active CNA license listed in good standing with the state board.
n
nnTraits: A compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered work ethic.
n
nnAvailability: Open availability, Monday - Friday, Weekend, Overnights
