nAs a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Baptist Health & Rehab, you’ll help residents maintain independence by assisting with personal care, daily activities, and treatments. You’ll take document care, support activity programs, and report changes in condition to the RN. nShifts Available:
nDays 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM Or 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM
nWage Range: $22.33+ / hour depending on experience
nBonus: $5,000
nLocation: 3400 Nebraska Drive, Bismarck, ND 58503
nCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:
nnnHelp each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
n
nnAssist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
n
nnTake and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN.
n
nnDocument services performed on computerized charting system.
n
nnAssist residents with prescribed program activities.
n
nnObserve resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.
n
nnPerform additional tasks as needed.
n
n nCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications:
nnnCurrent ND Nursing Assistant certification required.
n
nnStrong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
n
nnAbility to work a consistent work schedule.
n

nnMonthly Performance Bonus – Earn the equivalent of an extra $1.00/hour for excellent attendance and completing required education.
