Working within a model of “Safe Patient Family Centered Care”, the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is an integral part of our Health Care team!For a limited time MaineHealth is offering sign on bonuses for Certified Nursing Assistants:0-1 years of experience eligible for $2,500 (full time)1+ years of experience eligible for $4,000 (full time)Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time CNA position. Performs a variety of direct and indirect care duties.Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant required. The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package.The pay range for this position is $20.27 to $24.36 per hour.Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).In addition to base pay, MaineHealth offers comprehensive benefits, recognition programs, career growth opportunities, and, where applicable, shift differentials or other incentives.
