About the Role
nWe are seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs to join our team for a __travel contract assignment throughout Vermont.
n⚠️ This is a Travel / Relocation position to Vermont. Candidates must be willing to temporarily relocate to Vermont for the duration of the contract. *
nnHousing allowance available for travel contracts
n nCNAs in this role will provide hands-on, compassionate care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. You will work closely with nursing staff to support residents with daily activities, monitor changes in condition and ensure each resident's comfort, dignity and overall well-being while upholding a high standard of care.

nResponsibilities
nnAssist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing and grooming.
nMonitor and record vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
nProvide support to residents with disabilities and behavioral health issues.
nFollow individualized care plans and facility protocols.
nAssist with mobility and transportation of residents within the facility.
nMaintain a clean safe environment for residents by following infection control protocols.
nParticipate in resident care planning meetings are required.
nDocument resident information accurately using electronic health record system like Epic or eClinicalWorks.

nQualifications
nnValid CNA Certification
nCurrent physical and TB test in accordance with Revv Staffing policy
nPrevious experience in a nursing home, long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
nAbility to work in fast-paced healthcare environment
nStrong communication and attention to detail skills are essential
nWillingness to ****travel and temporarily relocate to Vermont
