Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) / Restorative Nursing Assistants (RNA)We are seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) / Restorative Nursing Assistants (RNA) to join our skilled nursing team. This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule, including every other weekend.ResponsibilitiesAssist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)Provide compassionate, safe, and respectful careObserve and report changes in resident conditionFollow individualized care plans and safety guidelinesProvide supportive services to nurses and other staff as needed and perform duties as assignedAssist with weighing residents according to facility policy and record weights in designated locationsReport significant weight changes to the nurse and supervisorFor RNA: assist with restorative nursing programs as assignedMaintain resident dignity, privacy, and rightsQualificationsActive CNA certification in the state of (State)RNA certificationAbility to work a rotating schedule with every other weekendStrong communication and teamwork skillsSkilled nursing or long-term care experience preferredBenefitsCompetitive payFull-time benefits packageSupportive leadership teamOpportunities for growth and advancement
