Caregiver Position At Synergy HomeCare

Competitive hourly pay ranges between $17.15 and $24.00 (depending on shift type).
The exact hourly rate within the listed wage range will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and specific assignments (shift/patient load/special assignments).

Caregiver Responsibilities:
Companionship to clients with engaging activities and games.
Helping with daily activities like bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
Preparing snacks and meals to help sustain and satisfy the client.
Cleaning to keep the home environment neat and enjoyable for the client.
Transporting the client to nearby appointments or engagements.
Caregiver Requirements:
Experience – We'd love it if you've had prior experience.
Skills – We're looking for individuals that are compassionate, social, trustworthy, and service-minded.
Characteristics – This is an autonomous position, so we're looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn.
Have CPR/First Aid certification.
Must be willing to undergo a national background check.
