Employment Type: PRN
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: PRN / As Needed
Shift Details: Day Shift
Hours: Up to 7 Hours Per Day
Employment Status: W2 Employee
Requirements Active and unrestricted New York CNA certification required
Minimum 1 year of relevant healthcare experience required
Current BLS/CPR certification required
Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements
Ability to perform required job duties, including lifting, mobility assistance, and personal care support
Responsibilities Provide one-on-one support to a female student with medical conditions, including diabetes and seizure disorder
Assist with personal care and toileting needs in a respectful and discreet manner
Maintain student privacy, dignity, and comfort at all times
Monitor student well-being and report concerns to appropriate healthcare personnel
Follow school policies, procedures, and safety standards
Collaborate with healthcare staff and school personnel to support student care
Maintain accurate documentation as required
