If you’re ready to experience the flexibility and fulfillment that healthcare staffing offers, you are made for this!What We Offer Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)Competitive pay: $27–$30/hourWeekly pay and direct depositFlexible per diem schedulingDay and night shifts availableHealth benefits offeredContinuing educationPaid orientationOpportunities to work with healthcare facilities throughout SeattleCNA Position DetailsLocation: Seattle, WASchedule: Per DiemShift Length: Typically 8-hour shiftsShifts: Days and nights availableMust be able to reliably commute/travel to healthcare facilities in SeattleResponsibilitiesObserve, document, and report changes in patient activity and symptoms, including vital signs, respiration, discomfort, intake/output, weight, and bleeding.Assist patients with activities of daily living, mobility, and range-of-motion exercises.Provide basic wound care and dressing changes as directed by the Registered Nurse.Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.Safely assist with moving patients between beds, gurneys, and wheelchairs.Transport patients, belongings, supplies, equipment, specimens, and other materials as required.Follow facility policies and procedures as well as state and federal regulations related to patient care.Maintain professional and compassionate communication with patients, families, nurses, and facility staff.Perform other duties as assigned.RequirementsCurrent Washington State CNA licenseCurrent Healthcare Provider BLS certification by date of hireMinimum 18 months of hospital experienceTwo positive professional work referencesSuccessfully complete and pass required background check and drug screeningAbility to work in a fast-paced healthcare environmentKnowledge of basic medical terminology and proceduresAvailability for various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as neededMust currently live within reasonable commuting distance of Seattle OR be willing and able to reliably travel to Seattle for workDependable transportation to assigned Seattle-area facilitiesFounded in 1966, Interim HealthCare, Inc. is the nation’s most experienced healthcare network.
