Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Burien, Washington, United States

Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate and individualized care to clients in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition to our care team
Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care and services
Act as an advocate for clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed
Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients and staff
Requirements:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients safely and effectively
