Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking dedicated and professional Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support our clients with higher-level personal care needs in their homes. This role is ideal for CNAs who want flexible scheduling while continuing to use their clinical skills in a one-on-one care setting.ResponsibilitiesProvide hands-on personal care in accordance with CNA scope of practiceAssist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing)Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulationMonitor, observe, and report changes in client conditionFollow individualized care plans and agency protocolsProvide companionship and promote client dignity and comfortAssist with meal preparation and light housekeeping as neededRun errands and provide transportation when requiredQualificationsActive CNA license in Indiana or Michigan (as applicable)Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferredValid driver’s license and current auto insuranceReliable transportationAbility to pass a background checkCompassionate, professional, and dependableAbility to lift, bend, and assist with mobility as requiredScheduleImmediate work availableAll shifts availableFull-time and part-time opportunitiesOpportunities to work on more than one caseMinimum of 40 hours per month required to remain activeTraining & SupportPaid onboarding and orientationOngoing training and clinical supportOn-site support with a Caregiver MentorPPE providedContinuing education and professional development opportunitiesPay & IncentivesCompetitive CNA pay rates300 Sign-On Bonus after 60 days (Must work 25+ hours per week and remain compliant)100 Employee Referral BonusSame-day pay available with Tapcheck401(k) with up to 4% company matchWeekend on-call opportunities175 stipend plus hourly pay if called into the fieldBenefitsPaid orientationPaid trainingPaid time offFlexible scheduleSafety equipment providedEmployee assistance programReferral program401(k) with 4% company matchService AreasWe proudly serve:Elkhart and St. Joseph County, IndianaBerrien and Cass Counties, MichiganSouth Bend and Mishawaka areas
