Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
The Hamptons Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing is looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated CNAs to join our nursing team. If you take pride in caring for others and want to work in a supportive environment where your contributions are valued, we want to hear from you!
As a CNA, you'll provide hands-on care that helps our residents maintain their comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Responsibilities
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meals, and other activities of daily living
Provide compassionate, respectful, and resident-centered care
Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or mental condition
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
Accurately document care and resident observations
Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies
Communicate effectively with nurses, residents, families, and team members
Support residents' participation in social and recreational activities
Work collaboratively with the nursing team to provide exceptional resident care
Qualifications
Active New York State CNA certification required
Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to resident dignity, safety, and quality care
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
