Together, we work side by side toward a shared goal: delivering person-centered care that respects every resident and the choices they make.Whether in our vibrant communities, our welcoming small house neighborhoods, Home Health, Hospice or Home Office, we provide the highest level of compassionate, quality care.Join our team of Partners who are talented, kind, wise, funny, spirited, generous, endearing, and truly one-of-a-kind.Available Shifts: Full-Time 1st shift, Part-Time 1st shift, Full-Time 2nd shift and PRNPay: Starting from $18.50 increases with experienceShift Differential: $3.00 on 2nd shift / $1.50 on 3rd shiftResponsibilities:Care for the residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.Planning and cooking their favorite foods and eating a meal with them.Laundry and light housekeeping tasks.Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned.Qualifications:Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio.
