Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Night Shift
nJob Summary:
nWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Sunny Springs Nursing Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our night shift, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
nResponsibilities:
n• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
n• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere
n• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, including vital signs and any concerns or issues
n• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
n• Maintain accurate and thorough records of resident care and services
n• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff development programs
