nWe offer flexible scheduling options to fit your lifestyle, including:

nnWeekends (rotating or as needed)

n nKey Responsibilities
nnnDeliver safe, confidential, and respectful care at all times.
n
nnProvide verbal and/or physical prompts to support individuals in daily activities and promote independent living, such as working toward personal goals, meal preparation, cleaning, transportation, and social engagement.
n
nnAccurately document progress toward individual goals and maintain timely and detailed logs during each shift.
n
nnCollaborate with the Designated Developmental Professional (DDP) and local office staff to ensure quality care.
n
n nWhat We’re Looking For
nnnCNA License Required
n
nnMust be at least 18 years old
n
nnHigh school diploma or GED preferred
n
nnValid driver’s license with a clean driving record
n
nnReliable transportation and current auto liability insurance
n
nnStrong verbal and written communication skills
n
