nAbout the Role:
nAs a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Mystic Meadows Rehab & Nursing Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. You will work closely with our skilled nursing team to provide personalized support and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our residents, families, and healthcare team.
nResponsibilities:
nnnAssist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
n
nnProvide emotional support and companionship to residents
n
nnMonitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
n
nnMaintain a clean and safe environment for residents
n
nnCollaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
n
nnParticipate in resident assessments, care planning, and quality improvement initiatives
n

nnnCurrent certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of New Jersey
n
nnHigh school diploma or equivalent required
n
