Bel Oak Of Union Cna OpportunityBel Oak of Union is seeking highly motivated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional care to our patients. As a CNA, you will be responsible for assisting patients with daily living activities, monitoring their vital signs, and ensuring their comfort and safety. Your role will be critical in maintaining a positive patient experience and contributing to their overall well-being. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide the highest level of care possible.Minimum Qualifications:Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificationHigh school diploma or equivalentCurrent CPR certificationAbility to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team membersStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsPreferred Qualifications:Experience working in a healthcare settingExperience with electronic medical records (EMR) systemsBilingual in English and SpanishResponsibilities:Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and groomingMonitor and record patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staffEnsure patients' comfort and safety at all timesAssist with patient mobility and transfersMaintain a clean and organized patient environmentSkills:As a CNA, you will utilize your strong communication skills to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare team members. Your attention to detail and ability to follow instructions will be critical in ensuring patients' safety and well-being. You will also utilize your physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients to assist with their mobility and transfers.
