Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full-Time/Part-Time All Shifts

We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time CNAs with shift differential for PM (2nd) Shift and NOC (3rd) Shift. New CNAs are encouraged to apply!
Current Shifts:
1st Shift: 6:15 AM- 2:15 PM
2nd Shift 2:15 PM – 10:15 PM (+$2.00 differential)
NOC Shift: 10:15 PM – 6:15 AM (+$2.00 differential)
As a CNA at Avina, You Will:
Provide hands-on care under nurse supervision.
Assist residents with daily needs including bathing, dressing, eating, oral hygiene, and mobility.
Monitor and report changes in health or behavior.
Respond quickly and compassionately to call lights.
Support residents' dignity, comfort, and emotional well-being.
Accurately document cares provided.
Contribute to a positive and team-focused environment.
What You'll Need:
Current CNA Certification (Wisconsin, in good standing)
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
Strong teamwork, communication, and resident-centered care skills
Compassion, attention to detail, and a true desire to help others
