Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Webster Manor RehabUp to a $2,000 sign-on bonus available! Full-time openings on 7a-3p, including an every other weekend rotation. $23 to $27 an hour with differentials with weekly pay. Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials. As a CNA, you will provide routine daily nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met in accordance with our established nursing care procedures.Responsibilities:Provide routine daily nursing care to residents, including personal care, vital signs, and gentle bathingParticipate in planning and following current resident care plansComplete resident assignments effectively and promptlyObserve changes in resident conditions and report them accuratelyDocument resident care accurately and completelyMeet personal grooming needs for each residentPromptly answer call lights and assure that all are placed within reach of the residentMaintain a clean and orderly resident care areaIdentify residents using correct methodsDemonstrate correct safety techniquesRequirements:Must be a registered certified nurse's aide in accordance with the laws of this stateNew graduates welcome!Must have knowledge of restorative nursing and rehabilitation policies and utilize appropriatelyMust be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English languageMust possess the ability to make independent decisions and deal tactfully with personnel, residents, and the general publicMust have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasmBenefits:Weekly PayHoliday & Overtime PayCareer Advancement OpportunitiesExclusive Employer Discount Program401(k) with Employer MatchAvailable for Full-Time Staff:Employer-Paid Life InsuranceVacation and Personal TimeHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceWe are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity at all levels.
