CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA)We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide quality in-home care and support to our client in Crawfordville, GA 30631.We value our employees the same way we value our clients!Compensation: Based on experience and client assignment. Job Type: PRN.ResponsibilitiesAssist the client with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care needs.Provide assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene.Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed.Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when required.Provide light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.Provide companionship and emotional support.Assist with medication reminders as permitted by the client's service plan and applicable regulations.Monitor and report changes in the client's physical, emotional, or behavioral condition.Follow the client's service plan and instructions provided by the supervising nurse or agency.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and services provided.Report incidents, injuries, changes in condition, or other concerns promptly to the appropriate supervisor.Maintain the client's privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.Follow all agency policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.Qualifications & RequirementsCurrent and valid CNA certification/license as required by the state.Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred.CPR certification preferred/required as applicable.Compassionate, dependable, and trustworthy.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and follow the client's service plan.Must be able to successfully complete required background checks and agency onboarding requirements.Must have reliable transportation to the client's home.
