With new leadership, renewed energy, and a strong focus on building a positive, supportive workplace, there's never been a better time to join our team!Encore at Wilmington is currently hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants CNAs in our skilled area.$ PTO health benefits 401K for FT CNAsResponsibilities:Provide a balance of emotional and physical support that allows an individual to function at their highest level of independence including dressing, bathing, grooming, eating/feeding, bed mobility/positioning, continence care/toileting, behavioral support, ambulation/wheelchair mobility.Maintain a safe and clean environment for residentsCommunicates changes in residents' condition and function to nurse immediately when noted.Performs assigned tasks as directed by Unit Manager.Accountable for completion of CNA documentation which includes progress notes, percentage of meals and fluid taken, bowel sheet, and ADLs.Communicates with residents, families and co-workers utilizing a pleasant positive approach.Respects Residents Rights for Privacy and Dignity.Qualifications/Requirements:Current State of Delaware C.N.A.
