Job description
Certified Nursing Assistant, CNAIntercare Recruitment is working with a caring and compassionate long-term care facility located in North Dakota. They offer a variety of services including skilled care, basic care, and assisted living to our residents. Their team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and creating a warm, home-like environment.As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in providing daily care and support to our residents. Under the supervision of a registered nurse, you will assist with activities of daily living, personal care, and other tasks as assigned.Responsibilities:Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to promote comfort and prevent complications.Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team.Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration in accordance with residents dietary needs and preferences.Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a sense of community and belonging.Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring infection control protocols are followed at all times.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.Document resident interactions, care provided, and observations in accordance with facility policies.Qualifications:Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in the state of North Dakota.Ability to lift and transfer residents safely.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Compassionate and patient-centered approach to resident care.Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.Basic knowledge of long-term care principles and practices.Benefits:Competitive pay: $20-$28 per hourShift differentials40 hours per week with weekend rotation$2,000 relocation allowanceOvertime opportunitiesPaid Time Off (PTO)Patient ratio of 1:8Join our team and make a difference in the lives of our residents!
