Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)At Allure of Zion, we are all family! As a premier skilled nursing and healthcare center, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. We're seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team.Available Shifts:Day Shift (AM): 7:00 AM - 3:00 PMEvening Shift (PM): 3:00 PM - 11:00 PMNight Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AMKey Responsibilities:Assist residents with meals, hydration, and nourishmentProvide personal care, including bathing, toileting, grooming, and oral hygieneSupport ambulation, transfers, turning, and positioningMeasure and record vital signs, weights, and intake/outputRespond promptly to call lights and resident needsObserve and report changes in condition to nursing staffComplete accurate and timely documentationMaintain resident dignity and confidentiality (HIPAA compliant)Follow all company policies and regulatory guidelinesParticipate in ongoing education and trainingQualifications:Current Illinois CNA certification requiredMust be 16 years of age or olderCPR certification requiredLong-term care experience preferred (but not required)Strong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishPhysical Requirements:Ability to sit, stand, walk, and bend throughout the shiftAbility to lift, push, pull, or move up to 100 poundsVisual and auditory ability for effective communicationModerate noise level work environmentEqual Opportunity Employer:Allure of Zion is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.Now Hiring:If you're a compassionate and dedicated individual who is passionate about providing exceptional care, we encourage you to apply today!
