Mary's Woods is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to provide excellent care for our residents.
Mary's Woods is a non-profit senior living community founded in 2001. We offer independent living, assisted living, memory care and residential care in a park-like setting on 40 acres in Lake Oswego. Pay: Starting from $22.00 per hour. The starting wage increases depending on experience, certification and education.
Shift Differentials: Evening Shift: $1.00 extra per hour
NOC Shift: $1.50 extra per hour
Weekends: $1.25 extra per hour
Schedules Available: Saturday & Sunday Day Shift (6:30 am - 3:00 pm)
Shifts: Day Shift (6:30 am - 3:00 pm)
Evening Shift (2:30 pm - 11:00 pm)
NOC Shift (10:30 pm - 7:00 am)
We are hiring for full time, part time and on-call positions.
Below are some of the core responsibilities, experience and skills needed to be successful: Provide direct care to residents under direct supervision according to policies and procedures, and ensure care for our residents is provided in an atmosphere of comfort, independence and dignity
Must be comfortable working independently and with others
Must be able to manage time and complete tasks effectively
Must be comfortable working with people living with Dementia
Education and Experience Required: Education and/or experience equivalent to the completion of a high school diploma or GED
Minimum six months of professional caregiving experience required, preferably in a long-term care setting
Hold a current and unencumbered license with the Oregon State Board of Nursing as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Required to obtain your Food Handler's, CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire
