Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Looking for a CNA position that gives you flexibility while allowing you to provide meaningful one-on-one care?
SYNERGY HomeCare of Apollo Beach is looking for dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support clients in the comfort of their own homes.

What You'll Do
Depending on each client's Plan of Care, your responsibilities may include:
Personal care and hygiene assistance
Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Mobility and transfer support
Companionship and safety supervision
Meal preparation and light housekeeping
Medication reminders
Following the client's Plan of Care
Helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home
What You'll Need
• Current Florida CNA certification • At least 1 year of home care experience • Ability to complete required background screening through the Clearinghouse • Reliable communication and attendance • Dependable transportation for applicable assignments • AxisCare experience is a plus - not required
