Job description
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – LTC
Heartline Staffing is recruiting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a 26-week long-term care assignment in South Mountain, Pennsylvania. Seven openings are currently available on day shift.
Travel Pay Package
$1,115 gross weekly
$11.00/hour taxable rate
$675 weekly stipend
$30.00/hour overtime rate
40 guaranteed hours per week
Local Candidates Welcome
$25.00/hour local rate
$37.50/hour local overtime rate
Assignment Details
26-week contract
Long-Term Care setting
Day shift: 6:45 AM–3:15 PM
5x8 schedule
40 guaranteed hours per week
7 openings
Rotating weekends required
Assigned holidays required
What You Will Do
Provide direct resident care within the CNA scope of practice
Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care
Assist with mobility, positioning and transfers as appropriate
Support feeding and other resident care needs as assigned
Obtain and document vital signs and other required resident information
Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Follow infection prevention, safety and facility procedures
Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the healthcare team
Heartline Staffing is looking for dependable CNAs who are prepared to commit to the assignment, work the required schedule and provide consistent resident-centered care.
Requirements
Current Pennsylvania Certified Nurse Aide registration/certification required
Must meet the experience requirements applicable to the Commonwealth assignment
High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
Basic computer skills required
Must be able to work the 6:45 AM–3:15 PM day shift
Must be available for rotating weekends and assigned holidays
Must be able to meet all facility and Commonwealth onboarding requirements
Required CNA credential and Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry status will be verified prior to submission
Qualifying experience must be clearly documented on the resume and will be reviewed against the Commonwealth requirements prior to submission.
