Job description
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – LicensedVirginia Home Care Services, Inc. is seeking highly skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are currently licensed through the Board of Nursing in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, a commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care, and the ability to work independently in a home care setting.Provide high-quality personal care services to clients in accordance with individualized care plans. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support. Monitor and report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse or care team. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided. Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for clients. Follow all state regulations, company policies, and infection control protocols. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing with the Virginia Board of Nursing (Required)Minimum of 1–2 years of professional caregiving or clinical experience (REQUIRED)Current CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to demonstrate compassion, patience, and professionalism at all timesReliable transportation and ability to travel to client homesCompetitive compensation based on experienceFlexible scheduling optionsSupportive and professional work environmentOpportunities for growth and advancementOngoing training and development
