nResponsibilities
nnnProvide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), vital signs, and other essential nursing tasks

nnMaintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and medication administration

nnCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

nnPromote a positive and respectful environment for patients, families, and staff

nnParticipate in in-service training and educational programs to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and stay updated on best practices
