GNA - Hagerstown, MDAs a part of the Hagerstown Nursing and Rehab team, our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and rehabilitation services to our patients. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled GNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) to join our team in Hagerstown, MD. As a GNA, you will work closely with our nursing staff to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents.Responsibilities:Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and groomingProvide basic care, including toileting, incontinence care, and vital sign monitoringAssist with medication administration, as directed by licensed nursing staffDocument patient care activities and vital signs in accordance with facility policiesCollaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plansProvide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for patientsRequirements:Graduate of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant programCurrent certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of MarylandAbility to lift, transfer, and move patients with mobility impairmentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a teamCompassionate and patient-focused attitudeWhat We Offer:Competitive salaryOpportunities for professional growth and developmentCollaborative and supportive work environmentApply today!
