Job TitleProvides and documents assistance to patients with activities of daily living and maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. Assisted Living units only: Responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living as scheduled and reporting any change in status to the Charge Nurse.Shift / Schedule: Three 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), including every other weekend. (Nights)What You'll DoEducation: High School Diploma or GED, required.Experience: One year preferred.One year Assisted Living facilities only: experience working in long-term care or assisted living, required.Licensure/Certification: Completion of NAI program, required.Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required.Medication Safety - AME, required.NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.Additional Skills (preferred): Basic computer skills for documentation.What We're Looking ForAt Novant Health, we believe remarkable care starts with compassion for our patients, our communities, and each other.
