What You'll Do Assist residents with daily needs, including answering call lights, bathing, dressing, and ambulation
Support charge nurses by taking vital signs, repositioning bedfast residents, and assisting with treatments and examinations
Help manage mealtimes by escorting residents to the dining area or delivering meals to their rooms
Maintain resident safety and follow infection control protocols
What You'll Need High School Diploma or GED, or one to three months of related experience and/or training (required)
Active CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Certification (required)
Active CPR Certification (preferred; on-site training available)
Ability to read and understand safety rules and procedure manuals
Strong communication skills with residents, visitors, and team members
