Certified Nursing Assistant in Londonderry, NHMake a difference every day by providing crucial care and support to elementary school students with complex medical needs. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional to work with 5th-grade students, offering personalized attention in a 2:1 ratio and accompanying them on bus rides as part of their daily routine.Schedule/Hours:Full-Time positionIncludes bus riding duties as part of the daily scheduleKey Qualifications:Current, active LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant), CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), or CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant) license requiredPrior experience working with students in an educational or pediatric setting, especially those with significant medical needsComfortable and experienced providing care on student transportation (bus coverage)Ability to respond promptly and effectively to a variety of medical care situations specific to a school-age populationProfessional, compassionate demeanor with strong communication and teamwork skillsPrimary Responsibilities:Work directly with 5th-grade students in a 2:1 care model, assisting with their daily health and medical requirementsProvide medical support and supervision during bus rides to and from schoolCollaborate closely with school nurses, teachers, and support staff to ensure students health plans are followedMaintain accurate health records and communicate changes or concerns promptlySupport students participation in classroom and school activities according to medical guidelinesThis interim, full-time contract opportunity offers valuable experience in a supportive educational environment while delivering hands-on clinical care to students who depend on your expertise.If you’re motivated to use your nursing assistant skills in a meaningful way within a school setting, apply today and be part of a team committed to student wellness and success.Sunbelt is an equal opportunity employer.
