Certified Nursing Assistant in Londonderry, NH

Make a difference every day by providing crucial care and support to elementary school students with complex medical needs. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional to work with 5th-grade students, offering personalized attention in a 2:1 ratio and accompanying them on bus rides as part of their daily routine.

Schedule/Hours:

Full-Time position

Includes bus riding duties as part of the daily schedule

Key Qualifications:

Current, active LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant), CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), or CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant) license required

Prior experience working with students in an educational or pediatric setting, especially those with significant medical needs

Comfortable and experienced providing care on student transportation (bus coverage)

Ability to respond promptly and effectively to a variety of medical care situations specific to a school-age population

Professional, compassionate demeanor with strong communication and teamwork skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Work directly with 5th-grade students in a 2:1 care model, assisting with their daily health and medical requirements

Provide medical support and supervision during bus rides to and from school

Collaborate closely with school nurses, teachers, and support staff to ensure students health plans are followed

Maintain accurate health records and communicate changes or concerns promptly

Support students participation in classroom and school activities according to medical guidelines
