Located between Westport and the Plaza we offer our residents a special place to live and our employees a truly wonderful place to work.

nThe Shift: FT days, 3-12 hour shifts per week, 6:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., with rotating weekends

nThe Work:

nnnProviding patient care under the direction and supervision of an RN or LPN.

n

nnPerforming direct and indirect patient care tasks.

n

nnProviding assistance with activities of daily living and care such as bathing, hygiene, elimination and toileting, nutrition, feeding, hydration, ambulation and positioning.

n

nnAnticipating the patient’s family needs in a proactive fashion.

n

nnIndividualizing and modifying care according to the patient’s needs.

n

nnCollaborating with other health care team members to enhance the provision of patient care.

n

nnSupporting patient safety and satisfaction by performing regular patient rounds on the nursing unit and effectively communicating with all team members while providing excellent customer service.
