Certified Nursing AssistantWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of East King County. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. If you are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding full-time opportunity.Responsibilities:Provide personalized care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication managementAssist clients with transfers, ambulation, and mobility exercisesMonitor and report changes in clients' condition to the assigned RN Case Manager or Director of Patient Care ServicesMaintain accurate and thorough documentation of client care and services providedCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clientsSalary: $20 - $22 HOURLY (based on experience and qualifications)Requirements:Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of WashingtonHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to lift, transfer, and move clients as neededExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCompassionate and empathetic approach to client careMinimum 2 years of experienceCertificate-level educationAbout Us:At SYNERGY HomeCare, we build connections and forward momentum in people's lives.
