Certified Nursing Assistant Lead

As a Certified Nursing Assistant Lead with Visiting Angels Snoqualmie Valley / Maple Valley, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to seniors in their homes. Our locally-owned and operated agency is dedicated to delivering personalized, non-medical home care to seniors throughout the area. Responsibilities:
Lead by example: As a Certified Nursing Assistant Lead, you will provide exceptional care to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Train and mentor: You will be responsible for guiding and mentoring our Caregivers to ensure they are equipped to provide the highest level of care to our clients.
Supervise: You will supervise Caregivers during client visits, providing constructive feedback and addressing any concerns that may arise.
Document: You will accurately document client care and any issues that may arise, ensuring that our clients' files are up-to-date and complete.
Collaborate: You will work closely with our Care Coordinators, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive and continuous care.
