We're looking for a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team!In this role, you'll work closely with nurses and medical staff to provide hands-on care and support to patients, helping them feel comfortable, safe, and respected every day.What You'll Do :Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygieneSupport patients during mealtimes, including feeding assistance when neededTake and record vital signs, weights, and other important health informationMonitor and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing teamHelp reposition patients and provide preventative skin careMaintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patientsAccurately document care provided in clinical recordsRespond promptly to patient call lights and requestsWork closely with nurses and team members to deliver high-quality careWhat We're Looking For :Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the Virginia Department of Health ProfessionsA caring, patient-focused attitude and strong work ethicExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to follow instructions and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and commitment to quality careQualifications1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions.3. Current CPR Healthcare Provider certification, preferred.Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods standing, walking, working and frequently pulling, pushing, and bending.Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.Must be able to move 150 pounds with assistance.
