Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)Hanover Health and Rehabilitation in Mechanicsville, VA is seeking qualified individuals to join our growing team as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).As a CNA, you are at the forefront of our ability to provide Care Beyond Compare with the exceptional hands-on care you deliver. (commensurate with experience)Excellent Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)401(k), Flexible Spending Account, & Other Elective Benefits AvailablePaid Time Off (PTO)Career Growth OpportunitiesDaily Pay AvailableWhat you'll do:Provide individualized care to residents according to each resident's plan of care.Assist residents with activities of daily living (ALDs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding residents as needed.Assist residents with mobility, including transferring and positioning them safely.Monitor residents' health status and vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse.Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote overall well-being.Maintain safe, clean, and organized living environment for residents.Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.What you need:Active certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in state of practice.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Highly organized and detail oriented.Ability to work independently or as part of a team.If you're looking to join an outstanding team of professionals where every day you can make a sincere difference in someone's life, we're looking for you!
