CNA- Certified Nursing AssistantLocation: 612 View Street, New Lisbon, WI 53950Duration: 13 weeksExperience: 1 yearsOvertime: All Inclusive Rate + $10Holiday Rate: All Inclusive Rate + $10Shift Hours: 36 hours per weekShift Hours: WI LTC CNA, PM Shift (2pm-10pm), Every other weekendFacility: Crest View Nursing HomeRate:Position Summary: The Nursing Home Certified Nurse Assistant position brings quality of care to all residents and families by following guidelines, policy, and procedures set up through our skilled nursing facility. This role helps the residents with their activities of daily living and assists in various ways to keep residents safe, healthy, and comfortable.Essential Job Duties:Answer call lightsAssist residents with ADLs including toileting, transferring, bathing, grooming, etc.Report any changes in resident condition to the nurseObtain vitals, weights and other information as neededMeet resident needs in a timely mannerReport any allegations of abuse, neglect and misappropriation to charge nursePerform other duties as requestedRequired Qualifications: Required qualifications to effectively perform job. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.Certified Nursing Assistant certification required.Must hold and maintain Certified Nursing Assistant certification.1+ years of related work experience preferred.Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.
