nJoin Prestige Home Health Care Agency as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Newport News, VA, where you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our clients. Be part of a dedicated team that strives to enhance the quality of life for individuals in their homes.
nResponsibilities:
nAssist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
nMonitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing staff.
nProvide companionship and emotional support to patients.
nHelp with mobility and physical therapy exercises as directed.
nMaintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
nDocument patient care and report any concerns to the healthcare team.
nAdhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
nRequirements:
nMust be a certified nursing assistant with a valid certification.
nPrevious experience in a home health or long-term care setting is preferred.
nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
nCompassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
nReliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.
nCurrent CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
