Certified Nursing AssistantWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Okeechobee SNF Operations, LLC, a 210-bed Skilled Nursing Facility ranked number 3 in the state of Florida by Newsweek 2024 and a 5 Star Rated Facility through Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.Responsibilities:Assist in transporting residents to/from appointments, activity and social programs, etc.Assist residents with bowel and bladder functions, bathing, dressing, and personal groomingAssist residents in preparing for activity and social programs, including church services, parties, and visitorsSupport residents through meaningful activities that match their individual abilitiesCheck and report bowel movements and character of stools as instructedFollow established infection prevention and control proceduresMaintain intake and output records as instructedObserve and report the presence of pressure areas and skin breakdowns to prevent pressure injuriesAttend change of shift reportsPerform restorative and rehabilitative procedures as instructed in accordance with the individualized plan of careRequirements:Clear/Active Florida LicensePass a Level II Background CheckMust be able to pass a drug screen and be medically clearedAdditional Information:Competitive hourly rate: $17/hour$2 Weekend differential and $2 Night shift differentialFull time, part time, PRN opportunities availableOpportunity to work in a 5 Star Rated Facility with a dedicated and compassionate teamHow to Apply:If you are a motivated and caring individual with a passion for delivering exceptional care, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
