Certified Nursing AssistantJoin our caring team at TLC Nursing Center as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)! Situated at 212 Ellen St., Oneonta, TLC Nursing Center is dedicated to providing compassionate care and support to our residents. We are currently seeking skilled and compassionate CNAs to join our healthcare team.As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and assisting residents with activities of daily living. You will work under the supervision of licensed nurses to ensure the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.Key Responsibilities of a Certified Nursing Assistant:Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal hygiene tasks.Providing assistance with mobility, including transferring residents to and from beds, wheelchairs, and other equipment.Assisting residents with toileting and incontinence care with dignity and respect.Monitoring and documenting residents' vital signs, intake and output, and other relevant information as directed by nursing staff.Assisting with mealtime activities, including feeding residents who require assistance and ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.Providing companionship and emotional support to residents, engaging in conversation and activities to promote socialization and well-being.Collaborating with the nursing team and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.Participating in training programs and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge as a healthcare professional.In addition to the rewarding work environment, TLC Nursing Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:401(k) with matching contributionsDental, health, vision, and life insurance coveragePaid time offWe are currently hiring for multiple shifts, both part-time and full-time positions available.
